Axit telluric là một hợp chất hóa học có công thức Te(OH)6. Nó là một chất rắn màu trắng được tạo thành từ các phân tử Te(OH)6 hình bát diện, tồn tại được trong dung dịch nước. Có hai dạng, hình thoi và đơn tà, và cả hai đều chứa các phân tử Te(OH)6 dạng bát diện. Axit telluric là một axit yếu có tính bazơ, tạo thành muối tellurat với bazơ mạnh và muối tellurat hiđro với bazơ yếu hơn hoặc khi thủy phân Tellurat trong nước. Axit teluric được điều chế qua quá trình oxy hóa telu hoặc telu dioxide với một các chất oxy hóa mạnh như hydro peroxide, crom(VI) oxit hoặc natri peroxide: TeO2 + H2O2 + 2H2O → Te(OH)6
