m = 1 . 80 / 100 = 0,8 (tấn)
(C6H10O5)n + nH2O → nC6H12O6
n(C6H10O5)n = 0,8 /162n.
Hiệu suất 75% nên khối lượng glucozơ thu được là:
mC6H12O6 = (0,8 . 180n)/162n . 75/ 100=0,67 (tấn)
