Photpho pentachloride là hợp chất hóa học có công thức PCl5. Đây là một trong những clorua phosphorus quan trọng nhất, khác là PCl3 và POCl3. PCl5 tìm thấy sử dụng như một chất khử clorua. Nó là chất rắn không màu, nhạy cảm với nước và nhạy cảm với độ ẩm mặc dù các mẫu thương mại có thể có màu vàng và bị ô nhiễm bởi hydrogen chloride.
Cromyl clorua có dạng chất lỏng bốc khói màu đỏ sẫm, có mùi hăng. Dễ hòa tan trong nước. Nó có thể ăn mòn mô. Cromyl clorua có thể được điều chế bằng phản ứng của kali cromat hoặc kali dicromat với hydro clorua khi có mặt axit sulfuric, sau đó là chưng cất.
