Indi phosphua (InP) là một chất bán dẫn nhị phân bao gồm 2 nguyên tố indi và phốt pho. Nó có cấu trúc tinh thể lập phương tâm diện, giống với cấu trúc của GaAs và hầu hết các chất bán dẫn III-V. Indi phosphua có thể được điều chế từ phản ứng của phốt pho trắng và indi iodua. Nó cũng bằng cách kết hợp trực tiếp các nguyên tố đã được tinh chế ở nhiệt độ và áp suất cao, hoặc bằng cách phân hủy nhiệt hỗn hợp hợp chất indi trialkyl và phosphine.
