Thủy ngân axetat là hợp chất vô cơ có công thức là Hg(O2CCH3)2. Nó là chất rắn kết tinh màu trắng, hòa tan trong nước, nhưng các mẫu có màu hơi vàng theo thời gian do quá trình phân hủy, có mùi giấm.
