Substance POCl3 (Phosphoryl triclorua)
Phosphoryl triclorua là hợp chất vô cơ lỏng bốc khói không màu, có mùi hắc. Rất độc khi hít phải và ăn mòn kim loại và mô. Được sử dụng trong phụ gia xăng và chất lỏng thủy lực. Nó thủy phân trong không khí ẩm giải phóng axit photphoric và khói hydro clorua. Phosphoryl triclorua được sản xuất công nghiệp trên quy mô lớn từ phốt pho trichloride và oxy hoặc phốt pho pentoxit. Nó chủ yếu được sử dụng để tạo ra các este photphat như tricresyl photphat.
